Privacy Policy

1. Data used by the app

Game progress, unlocked objects, and preferences are stored locally on the device. No account is required. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.

Rebusarium does not receive your game progress on its own servers and does not sell it to third parties.

2. Advertising and technical data

The game uses optional rewarded advertising provided by Yandex Mobile Ads. After the App Tracking Transparency status is determined, the advertising SDK is initialized and may preload ads. During initialization, loading, or viewing an ad, the SDK may process your IP address (including to infer an approximate region), device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction and purchase data, crash data, performance data, and other technical diagnostics.

This data may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, analyze performance, and operate the service. Before accessing IDFA, the app displays the system App Tracking Transparency request. If you decline, IDFA is unavailable, but the core game and eligibility for ad rewards remain available. Location transmission through system location services is disabled.

3. Third-party services

Advertising data is processed under Yandex's terms and privacy policy. We use this service on the condition that it provides the same or equivalent protection for user data as this policy and Apple's requirements. Without an internet connection, ad rewards are unavailable, while the core game continues to work offline.

4. Sharing, retention, and international processing

Your local save remains until you reset progress or remove the app. Retention periods, recipients, and processing locations for technical and advertising data are determined by Yandex under its documentation and applicable law. Data may be processed outside your country with legally required safeguards.

5. Your choices and rights

You can decline an ad reward and continue playing. You can withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking. After permission is disabled, the SDK cannot access IDFA; non-personalized ads may remain available. You can delete local data by resetting progress in Settings or uninstalling the app. Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection can be sent to hello@rebusarium.com. Requests about data controlled by Yandex may need to be directed to Yandex.

6. Children

The game requires no registration and is not designed to intentionally collect children's personal information. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should supervise optional advertising and device settings.

7. Security and changes

We use reasonable measures to limit data processing to what is necessary. We may update this policy when app features, advertising SDKs, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
